Seasonal Rates: All rates are based on availability during different respective seasons. We have a two night minimum on all advance bookings. We welcome you to browse our pricing and availability for your particular dates of interest on this page, below. You can also book on our secure server, below. Feel free to contact our helpful staff at tel. 787-889-1713 for any questions or concerns during our business hours which are 8 am to 8 pm AST seven days a week. We would love to hear from you!

 

Payment, Cancellation Policy and Booking Fees.

Full payment is due upon check in. We charge a 5% booking fee that is included in the room rate. The 5% booking fee is non refundable. For cancellations prior to 48 hours prior to check in the 5% booking fee applies. 

Cancellation within 48 hours prior to check in are charged a one night cancellation fee. Early check outs are charged a 10% fee. 

A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. For security reasons you may call the reservation number or use the fax 787-889-4139 to provide your card information or click on the SECURE BOOKING LINK ( below) to make a confirmed reservations.

 

Notes:

1. Additional person/s: Extra charge per person per night.

2. No additional charge for children under 12 years old.

3. Microwaves are available on request in the deluxe rooms. 

4. Any reservation over 2 nights can request a mini fridge for their room at $10. per night, based on availability
